How do I change the font color on the text for Windows taskbar toolbars?

The link below will open a screenshot that shows the text of which I'm referring ("Desktop" and "Control Panel") and the black font color that I'd like to change to white...

You will need Skinstudio to change the font colors.

Open Skinstudio and choose the Blind you want to edit.

In the Explorer pane, double click Taskbar, double click Taskbar button and choose Horizontal.

Under the Section tab choose Text Colors. There you can change the colors to you liking.

Save changes when finishes.

There might be an easier way but this is the way I know. :)
