How do I make the Main Control window dissapear?

I am tired of seeing the main control window off to the side of my screen? Is there anyway to completely minimize it do it is nowhere on the desk top. I am not talking about object dock's scrolling window, but the main control window to configure the program. Thanks.

Click the close button, when need the cofig dialog again right click on dock and select Dock settings, or right click on a icon, that is a shortcut not a docklet, select This Dock then Dock settings. If it is the config dialog you are talking about, there is no reason to leave it open, hence that is why there is no minimize button on it.
