SysTray in OD+ - Question

I'm thinking of purchasing OD+ cause I'm very very satisfied with the free version. Only thing I'm missing is my Systray. I tried the free Systray docklet (called 'DockletTray' or similar) but that's just a piece of crap...

Question: Will the Systray in OD+ work like the 'normal' Systray? Are there any restrictions? Does anybody have a screenshot of it in action?

The system tray works like normal and just fine under the current version of Plus. There are no known restrictions. I would say give it a try and should you have any issues please let us know here or at [email protected].

I found 2 problems with the full version. First of all you lose you balloon tip popups off system tray icons - only way round this I have found is to make the system tray a doc in a similar shape and size and position to the windows one, then hide the windows taskbar and your pop ups appear in 'about' the right place.

The other problem is naughty companies who draw their icons manually like nVidia, means that you cant see some icons in objectdock tray.

We are aware of the manually drawn issue and are currently working on it. I must confess though that I had never noticed the balloon thing. I will file this as a bug. Thanks for the info!
