i got ripped off. i think

this is ridiculous 2 hrs and i still cant download anything. so if i pay for an account with unlimited downloads, i have to buy the downloads too? whatever.

I dont understand what you are having problems with.....you go to a gallery, click on a skin and click download...what's wrong?

for one state what you bought then what your trying to download.

Your account shows as a "Visitor" Not a subscriber or Stardock customer, so you will need to Cross reference your Purchase with your Account here,For your Account here to reflect the new status as Unlimited downloads.. On WC's main page Just above your Nick name you will see "settings" click on it then hit the "Cross Reference with your Stardock Account" link. Follow the instructions to the end and then give a few minutes.. it should set your account to "Current customer" and remove the DL Cap.
