all Planets 54 or better mod?

Hi has anyone made a mod for the game to have all maxed out planet classes in random generation so it makes the game more better. Since playing on world of 10 class or so is really lacking in any kind of potential especially for the computer.

Lastly it makes the AI more of a challenge when you both have 54 ranked planets (saves time cheating) and allows the suicidal 9 opponent gigantic random generated games much more fun.

He's looking for a mod that generates a minimum of Planetary Quality 54 for all planets.

I don't believe you can affect the planets beyond Home systems in mods.

However, it is perfectly possible to give every race a starting set of 5 54-class plan by taking the CustomPlanets.xml file from the Data\English folder, placing a copy of it in a mod folder, and changing the class field of every planet in the copied file to 54. Enable the mod, and there you go... every Civ has a home system with 5 54-class planets.

Also, if you want every colonized planet to be high quality as well, then some XML tinkering will be needed. If you create a custom race, cloning a major race, it'll create a custom race XML file for them. Open that XML file with notepad (or any other XML editor), and scroll down until you see something like "planetquality 0 /planetquality", or some such. Change that 0 to 50 or 99 or whatever makes you happiest. Do that for each race, including the race you plan on playing, and when a planet is colonized it'll get a huge jump in PQ. Sorry if this wasn't clear, I'm in a bit of a rush, but it wouldn't take to long to set it up yourself, and is fairly simple to accomplish.
