Crash when closing the lid

When I'm playing TA and I close the lid of my laptop, the game crashes if the lid is down for more than 10 seconds. This is really annoying and I hope there's a fix... I've also encountered this when locking the computer and then logging in again while the game is on (might sound like a weird thing to do, but it's a must do in public places like school when you go to lunch. It works with every other game I've tried).

Please install 'SmartException' from the free stuff section in Stardock Central. Make sure that SE is running and start your game as normal. If the game crashes it will generate an exception report that can be emailed to [email protected].

Include in/attached to the email:
+ A description of what you were doing at the time.
+ How to reproduce the crash (if possible).
+ A zipped save (if applicable).
+ The appropriate debug.err file.

The devs cannot help if you do not provide these details!
