Common Tasks Theme Won't Changed.

I applied diff themes but this stupid common tasks always displayed in normal blue theme . How can i fix this ?

Thanx in Advance. & If this is not the ryt section plz move it to the ryt section plz...

Looking at your file dates . .  it'd be a good time to upgrade from 6.0 to 6.01.
