Reinstall, now trouble with serials

So I thought I'd play some GC2 again after a long pause, but when I installed it, I first noticed that SDC seems to somehow think that I have never even registered it. Since I have the European CE, I obviously went to get the "real" serial from http://galciv2.com/paradox/index.aspx only to be told that: "Sorry, the serial number you have entered has already been claimed by a different email address." Now what should I do?

That could be due just as much to only getting one shot at the conversion (after that it should be reigstered to your account, so you woulnd't need to reconvert it). Best bet in any case is to contact [email protected].
