Stolen Technology Bug

Error in the steal technology event

If this has already been mentioned I apologize, I am using the latest beta version.

There is an event in which you support a minor in capturing all of a major race's technology. There is a bug in this event, it causes the minor to steal EVERY tech that the other race can and will research.

So now I there is (was) a minor in my game that had every single possible Terran technology including the Plague Cure (we didn't have a plague event), the Technological Victory tech, all weapon and shield technologies. Fortunately, the minor wasn't intelligent enough to do anything with these technologies and was quickly snuffed out by the Terrans.

Possibly related -- I just had the Jagged Knife show up very early in the game and got a warning that they had Beyond Mortality.

I had some new ace enter the galaxy and get a tech victory, and i told me they likely wouldnt shae the secrets.

They also had every tech in the game.. (ultimate logistis, blackhole eupters, etc)

I had the same thing happen. They did achieve that victory condition, but the game did not end. They also had very advanced technologies, including all of my own and as well as that of other races, including the Dread Lords, who were already in the game. While this might be working as intended, I think it should be "fixed" nonetheless.

I know the Jaggeds are supposed to get everyone's tech, but they had techs far beyond what anyone could possibly have had at that point. Their first ships were tiny hulls with 66 attack for crying out loud.
