Asteroid Miner Stuck

Anyone else getting their first mining base stuck and the miner then refusing to move?
All that seems to work is that the miner just sits there doing nothing...

BTW this is with the latest build.

Check Stardock Central again and make sure you have version .92[b].004. I think they just release a patch to fix that issue.
