3C - Victory Condition Bug

I'm using Vista, I dought thats the problem.

But when I'm setting up a game the only victory condition options are reaserc, alliance and influence in that order, there is a gap between the last one and allow surenders, which is also wrongly in the victory conditions box.

This is not a bug, the line is blank because that is where the new victory condition that will be added in a later beta will appear. As it is not active, it is not available, but the space for it has been made.
