hi i have the latest version but when i push apply changes nothing happens any help would be appreciated

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on View my system info. Copy/paste that info here.

I'm going to step out on a thin tree limb here and take it you are talking about WindowBlinds. Go into WB configuration, go to system info and copy the info and post it here. Are you running a trial version of WB? What OS are you using?
