Armani the monkey goes home...

Just heard the update on an older story, that being the story about the Montgomery County Maryland woman that owned a small monkey she had named Armani and was calling 'her baby'. (She even dressed the monkey in diapers with a hole cut out for it's tail.)
Previously the woman had been arrested for illegally having the monkey and had lost control of the monkey over to animal control (who sent it off to a zoo). Personally, I thought -- given the earlier legal decisions in the case -- that was going to be the end of the story, but apparently it wasn't. The woman pursued the case via appeals and such and has won the appeals.
She'll now see the monkey returned to her home along with getting her costs for the care of the animal while at the zoo reimbursed by the legal system. I guess it's a happy ending for little Armani the monkey and his owner.
