Advance Tech Bug

This is for TA beta. Well in early games lately I have seen other civs and minors with warp or hyperwarp in the first few turns in the trade screen. Say in the first 7-20 turns. This has happened every game that I start. Just thought I let you know Stardock. Also sometimes later on say still in early game say 20-40 turns I have seen civs and minors with just one advance defense techs too.
