Theme dont work after apply

Hi all together

i have a problem
And although I now have Windows Blinds and if I have a theme / Designe execute or choose nothing will happen.
The program tried to re-install but then changed his skin, in Windows standard but otherwise he does nothing.
Well, I do not know why it is so.
I hope someone can help
My system is
Windows XP Home with Sp2

open WB configure
click the 'system info' tab
click 'copy text' button

right click here and 'paste', then post reply
