Resolution Issues

Hey. I'm having a lot of trouble with this. I have windowblinds and my resolution is messed up, but not all of it. But only recently has it stopped working. Like just a week ago and I've had windowblinds for a long while. Here's a pic:



Notice the obvious: the start menu. Also, the icons on the bottom right. That's not paint's shoddy compression. They're off, and I think because of the resolution problem. Also, the log out, shut down menus that pop up when you click them are off as well resolution wise.

Any help would be appreciated.
