Just need help learnin how to put skins and download skins XD

Hey.

i know there has to be like a bunch of people askin how to use these skins. Sry but Im one more. I find skins that ilike. But im affraid to download them because i am un sure of how to do it. I know it isnt as easy as just downloading it. I just need so help knowing exactley what is needed for a skin and what has to be down..

ok first find what you want then install the programs needed...

WindowBlind skins for instance require Windowblinds to be installed,...


List off what skins you want, and we can help with getting you started..

xPiTxBuLLx since you are new here another good place to see just what all this is about is the WinCustomize Wiki. Click the link below and have a look around. Explains pretty much what the individual programs do and has some tutorials. Then come on back. Oh, and welcome.

well i got one to work.. only thing that doesnt work on this theme is the (not sure what it is called) but it is in the bottom right corner. Where your programs that you are running show up.

Oh i downloaded the Destruction one. I love it. Just that part kinda sucks. I wish i could find out how to make it work... if you got anything that could work please tell me ty XD

......OK....it's not a bomb. If you mouse over it, you'll see it's a file from the Stardock server.

It will fix that:

it is in the bottom right corner. Where your programs that you are running show up.

You can trust yrag (and files on that server)

And most DX thins dont resize for resolutions . . You can try to edit in DX builder.

sdmcp pulls in tray info into DesktopX and ObjectBar themes

And most DX thins dont resize for resolutions . . You can try to edit in DX builder.

DX fats don't resize either


DTX themes are either resolution independent or one size (depends on the skinner)

If it's the taskbar: Right-click on it and select 'properties/summary' and change the width. Objects need to be changed in DX builder
