WB6 and Faronics Deep Freeze

Aobut the time and "title bar" not being skinned problem

Ok, I bought WB6 and registered/activated it... I got problem is that my title bar isn't being skinned.. I've searched this forum for the same problems and I found that you must have the correct time settings when you install and use WB6.. but... I use Faronics DeepFreeze which acts as an automatic system backup every reboot, and the system time always resets to January 1 2004.

So my real problem is can I use WB6 with DeepFreeze on even though my system time config isn't correct/updated?.. Since I only rely on DeepFreeze to protect my PC from viruses/trojans/etc...

Before I did anything else, I'd uninstall, reboot, install from the link in the email you got when you purchased WB.
The dates you posted don't match what you should have.

Having said that . . if your system resets it's clock to a time prior to when an app says it's installed I'd expect issues and be surprised that more apps don't fail.

I am afraid WB will not startup if the year is that far out.  It assumes something bad has happened and so gets out of the way.

Why is that app resetting the time?  That should be stored in the bios.

@ Bichur - It works every time I update my time settings and without DeepFreeze On.. but when I activate DeepFreeze and reboot... it stops working probably because of security issues to prevent illegal copies of WindowsBlinds like what I have read in the topics I've found.

@ Neil Banfield - I have no clue why It does that.. But I've been using it DeepFreeze for 5 years now and I've haven't gotten any problems with it. If I can't find any solutions to this I might degrade to WB5.5 ...
