Missing "Apply Changes" Button in WBConfig Tile View

There is no left sidebar & no Apply Changes button in this view in WBConfig:

If this has been pointed out before, my apologies. I prefer this view personally and to have an Apply Changes button there would be nice.

Just double-click the skin to apply from this view.

You are correct to point out that the text should probably update when you change the view.

If you want less simple... pull down the 'skin option' drop drown and click on 'apply my changes'

For middlin' simple, right click on teh skin (same in the default view)
