Can't add skins

Hello, I cannot add the downloaded skins, it refreshed, but there are no new listened skins, and all skins have the name unkown and no image, until Random Skin, Windows Aero and Classic Skin.


Is that normal?

No.
Save a skin from WC to your desktop
What is the file extension?  It should be {something}.wba
Double click on that.  WB config should launch and load.
Post a screenshot of WB if it doesn't.

thanks it works perfect now.

I don't make doubeclick, I did install a skin in the menu rightclick and add skin,... thanks man you are the top 1. and the programmer of wb ^^
