How do I start using my downloaded skins???????? i'm new to this. pls HELP

Ares is a Windowblinds skin.

I was just browsing and found it. if you can type the user name MIKEb314 on the search bar the skins should appear under the name ARES. It's a really cool looking skin with blue and black theme on it..

Reply #5 informs you that it is a Windowblinds skin and Reply #6 gives you a link to what program is required to load this skin and other items you download from Wincustomize.  I hope this gets you started on changing your desktop.

hello everyone, just started to download WINDOWSBLINDS 6.01 the program needed to install cool looking skins from wincustomize.com

I have two questions though; first, will i be able to uninstall the skins if i change my mind and go back with the original skins from Windows Vista? second, will this affect my itunes?

Yes on the first question. I'm not sure what you mean, affect you itunes how?

it's me again i just finished downloading windowsblind 6.01 and really had fun with changing my skins. it's very neat!

I just have two problems though, i think my computer is running a bit slow since i downloaded the skins and using them. any advice to keep my computer running the way it used to.

secondly, How is it that everytime i restart my computer the desktop background changes to blue when i changed the background to a different desktop background????

what can i do to make my desktop background the way i left it when i restarted my computer?

Windowblinds has wallpaper settings if you open Windowblinds configuration. Set it to not use Wallpapers in skins.
