Theme revert to default xp theme after reboot

I'm having trouble with windowblnds theme... I'm using a windowblinds theme, but after a reboot the theme revert to the default xp style theme... I try to change it back to the windowblind theme but nothing happen it just show the please wait icon than go back to that same xp style theme as before.... I found a work around that allow me to use the windowblinds theme after a reboot. I would have to apply the classic theme than apply the windowblinds theme i want for windowblinds theme to show up....

Is there a fix for this..........??

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
