When ever i log into my computer, window blinds doesnt work. have to reinstall!

I'm on the free trial atm, ill later purchase it but i want to see what it's all about before hand. But i download and install the free trial of windowblinds open it choose my theme and then it's done, but lets say i turnt my computer off and i came back an hour later turnt my computer on loged in, my theme would of gone to classic style and windows blind has kinda like uninstalled!
