Doesn't change theme/ Goes to clasic theme when i choose.

Hi, I'm new to all this, my friend told me about all the cool themes, so i thought i would give it a try, i download and install the free version of window blinds. Then i get to the part where i choose the theme i want, so i click the "Leo Stardock design" and click apply skin. After about 10 seconds of applying it goes into the classic version of windows "Windows Classic" I had it working yesterday but then i had to reinstall it. I got it from this website so its no crack or anything dodgey.

open WB configuration
click the 'system info' tab
click the 'copy text' button

right click in a reply and 'paste' the info here

should look something like:

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.01 (build 40 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
