Had a quick game with the YOR and found the following with their tech tree.

Efficency Studies - 3,4 and 5 all turn up together and the label for 5 is 4 as well.

Two bugs for the Yor I've noticed so far, both dealing with their energy stalks:

-The last upgrade of the stalks isn't overriding the version below it.

-The base stalk takes 0 weeks to build even on a world with no Industry upgrades.

This is also true of the new Harvester for the Torians. Could be intentional, as both races kinda have the "strength in numbers" vibe going.

I'm noticing that the improved collectives are building in one week if they say they are going to take five or less weeks. If it says 5 to 10 weeks it will be built in two. This is on upgrading them from the previous collective. It may have done this on the first series of collectives as well, but I didn't notice it if it did..

Edit:Building Collectives new displays correct build times it's just the upgrading that is off.

On the Stalk thing. It may be a bug because even if it says never due to 0 social man. points on the planet it is still built in a week.

this happened to me as well (or something it; i can't tell exactly what happened based on your syntax).

i researche E. studies 3, and my tech acted like i'd reached the end of a tech line. when i went to research E. studies 4, there were two copies of it in my research screen.

i also noticed the terrans and torians weren't launching their colony ships after they were built. they'd just sit in orbit. and this was on a crippling game.

i'll re-open the save file when i get home and check.

i've experienced the intelligence-to-cakewalk bug, but i don't think i ctrl-N'ed in that game IIRC (though, i think i had returned to the main menu and started a new game). plus it only affected those 2 AIs, the arceans seemed to do okay, and as always the korath and drengin were colonizing like termites.
