I refuse to to apologise for ANY of my actions, and I refuse to be painted as the bad guy in any of this. I will do the same again if I'm ripped at DA. I will report it through the proper channels,(which I did) and if nothing is done in 5 days (which it wasn't), I will tell the ripper what I think of him.
Thank you to everyone who weighed in behind me and the other ripped artists, I won't forget it.

Also, I didn't see it as a "mob" reaction, I merely saw it as reactions from decent people who were offended by the ripping, and then further annoyed by the inaction on the part of DA.

Thank you again to all the good folks who tried to help me, I truly appreciate it, you are NOT bad guys, you are decent human beings, of which there are too few left in the world.

BoXXi, I may not be a full-fledged subscribing member (yet...workin on that part), but I appreciate all the hard work that you and other artists put into your work. It's not fair for some jerk to come along and "claim the fame" (so to speak), taking recognition from the REAL artists. You shouldn't apologize for your actions. I sure as hell wouldn't!

As far as the reputation of WC.... the only people who are gonna look down on the reaction to the rips? Well, probably other rippers. "Birds of a feather flock together", right? Stay to your own, keep your own. It's great to see how everyone banded together and verbally beat the $&*# outta MRKacau. If anything, you all should be proud.

here it was a real ripper but imagine if it was a name thing (we can't all has the same name in all site) moreover if DA (or WC) admins allow spamming and harassing people on their page/email you couldn't "live" in those site friendly.
I got once a guy that has harassed me on DA PM/emails/comments on my page and on skins and i'm really happy that DA don't allow this kind of things.
But like we are civilized we can't expect that was for only some of us, we can expect that kind of reaction for everybody.
At time (many time) the ripper has been banned and it's good
i understand people and especially those who has been ripped but i can't understand that we has spammed his page and show a bad image of Wincustomize users.

Okay, good point Quentin. Maybe the spamming wasn't so great, but if dA had handled the situation in a timely and appropriate manner, then things wouldn't have gotten so out of hand. There is a reason for it, and although it may not have been right, it seemed like the only course of action, given the situation. If it reflects poorly on anyone, it should be dA for not dealing with rippers in a more severe fashion. This guy was a repeat offender, after all. How many chances do you give someone?

I agree with you in part Quentin. From my perspective and experience DA has more often than not been the Author of its own misfortune. I got behind it when it first started and was an active member for years. When Jark was there it was a different place. Much like here. Then when Angelo did what he did and more or less committed an act of piracy it just went from bad to worse. Like attracts like and the pirates all flocked together. When the split first happened there were two clearly opposed sides. To this day the division exists. Why? Because Angelo has never given the membership an honest account of what happened. He has rewritten the site history to make it look like he did all the work in founding it. He is money motivated and has been caught out more than once for exploiting the membership. No way on God's earth will I ever support that site, nor will I make excuses for it's own self generated incompetency. It gets back three fold what it puts out....negativity by the bucket load. If you liken it to the Starwars script....being a member at DA ,for me, is like being invited to "come over to the Dark Side." I support sites that are committed to honesty and integrity and fairplay with its membership being seen as the important beings they are. Sites cannot exist or function properly without the mutual respect of both parties.   I am glad Boxxi got a result!
