Old Plantet Texture / Line in Big Map TABeta1 1.8c

The first picture seems to be an old picture in TA, I had two planets that looked simular to this.

This second picture shows a strange blue line going diagonal across the enlarged map of the galaxy. I've seen this before a few times in DA v1.8+ but I decided to mention this here.

both pictures were just taken out of my game in TA using the imense galaxy size with abundant everything. So far the only complaint that I have other than a few of the minor bugs is that in this game the Arcean Empire doesn't seem to be expanding to much.

Hmmm...I think that might be one of the pre-canned heightmaps that has been around since Dread Lords, because that does seem familiar.  It might just not have a new texture yet.

I think that I've fixed the second one though.

Do you have a saved game where this is occurring?  If so, please zip and send it and your debug.err file to [email protected]. Please provide a link to your forum post in your mesage.

The blue line in the second picture looks like it's trying to make the camera view lines, but something is happening to make them go funky.

Cari has fixed the blue line on the map.  Please send in the save though.  I'd like to figure out why some planets get old textures, and having your save could provide a good test case.

Sorry restarted the game since that post so I don't have the debug.err file from that game I didn't save it forgot however it appears to be intermitant and it is not occuring now when I reloaded the game otherwise I would send you the new debug.err file. However I will send the saved game with this link hopefully this works the last time I sent it in it came back saying it could not be sent.

I've fixed the bug where some planets would use the old generated textures.
