1. Go to a "colony management" screen.
2. Click "Turn" until Number 3 below.
3. A colony ship arrives at another planet while still on the colony management screen. (In my instance, I received a screen where you select Good, Neutral, Evil) and then...
4. The current planet you are on will be correct, however the geographical blocks will be from the new planet.
