help finding a skin

hey, i'm new to forums and to windowsblinds, so I wasn't sure where to post this.
anyways, I was getting tired of my old windows look, and wanted a new one. I saw this image on another board I go to, and really wanted it. i asked him where he got it, and he said windowsblinds.
so I downloaded it, but I didn't see anything apart from classic/diamond/leo/molten, not my style.
anyone know where I can find it? it's not much to work with, but it'd be appreciated.
