How to bring up programs already running

Hi everyone. I know for a fact this is a simple answer, but how do you bring up programs that are already running? Say you have three browsers open, how do you bring those up other than hitting alt/tab, when the taskbar is hidden?

Also, has anyone ever used something to make the taskbar transparent and keep it up the whole time along with objectdock? Thanks for your help!!
