Lost Wallpapers - Skins wont use specific wallpaper

Help!

I am running 6.0 and the skins are not loading their specific wallpapers.  I've checked to make sure they have their own WP and they do.  I've checked the "Use Skin Wallpaper."

I've tried searching through the forum for solutions, but either I'm totally missing it or it's not there (I'm sure it's me)

I've attached the system info.  I've uninstalled and re-installed already and no luck.

Any suggestions?

If the wall is included but not being applied then I would say that when the skin was created the wall was not properly associated with the skin in SkinStudio as it needs to be to apply with skin. Some WB skins include the wall in a folder or a zip in the skin folder, of those that include wall very few are created as need for wall to apply.
