No Preview Available for wallpaper

on my latest widescreen wallpaper upload

My latest wallpaper upload 'widescreen Tropical Leaves and Flowers' is on the first page of the main Wallpaper Gallery; but it has no preview picture.
I did upload a 1280x800 jpg file as the preview, and this preview is showing correctly on my personal gallery.
What did I do wrong that is causing the 'No Preview' in the main Wallpaper Gallery ?

WC is having problems at the moment with uploads. They are trying to fix that problem. Not sure when they will have it fixed.
