Can't Apply Theme

I used to download themes in wincustomize and I haven't encountered a problem like this one.

I wanted to change my skin, but whenever I download one, it fails to apply.

Missing skin data
There appears to be no .uis file on this skin. Are you sure this is a WindowBlinds skin?

That's what appears on my screen on that download. I tried to get other skins, but it gets the same error. If not, when I apply the skin, it's different from the one I wanted.

I have the following information:

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5 (5.5 (build 92 x86))

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to Inno3D GeForce2 MX 100/200

Same thing here, but I still had some .wba files stored on my old pc and they install just fine, as do skins from skinbase.org. There must be some internal error on wincustomize.
