WB 6.00[b].099 / Notepad & Wordpad issues

WB 6.00[b].099 -- when I click on the "File" button in both Notepad and Wordpad, the program EXITS! I've been using WB since version 3 and this never happened before.

OS=WinXP Pro, with all the updates.

yes -- disabled it, don't need it -- error disappeared.
