Cursor hides under title bar

I am running Window Blinds version 5.0 and I have been noticing, especially with these later skins, that my cursor "goes underneath" or "disappeears" behind the Titlebar of my open windows. It doesn't happen anywhere else not even on the Desktop Toolbar.

Are the newer Title bars suppose to be transparent? Is this to be expected? If not, can any one help? It's annoying.

This problem is known and for must comes and goes. It happens to me usually when changing from one WB to another but not always. Usually a reboot takes care of it. Do a search of the forum and you will find other posts about it.
