i purchased object dock and up graded to plus and recieved this file have no idea what it is for or were to down load plus help

Download Stardock Central and login with the email used to purchase ObjectDock Plus. Put a check mark in "Show pre-release versions" and then click on "Misc". You should see the latest beta of ObjectDock Plus for you to install.
