close/maximise/minimise buttons fail to display

sometimes when i open programs windowblinds 6 fails to skin them, resulting in no visible window control buttons on the title bar

if it's not skin specific (happens with different skins)

open WB configuration, click the system info tab, then the copy text button and paste the info here.

also list which apps this is happening to
