Hiding off-screen for maximized applications dualscreen

Hi,
I don't know if this is a bug, but I have a dock at the left side of my first monitor and I selected the option Keep on top, hiding off-screen for maximized application. But if I maximize a window on my second monitor the dock (on the first monitor) hides itself off-screen.
Maybe this can be fixed or can I change something in my configuraton??
