WC subscription

WC subscription expires on 22 not today

Just tried to log on to WC and rate a wallpaper but said need to buy a subscription.
My subscription Expires on 10/22/07. Today is only the 10/16/07.

I was planning to renew next week and will do so. But things like this should not happen.
If it expires on the 22nd then i should still have full privileges.

Wincustomize please fix or explain why this has happened.

WeatherBound I couldn't agree with you more. If they want to send you an email reminder that would be nice.    Probably generated by the server without human intervention.

Have you contacted Stardock yet?

No. I will do that right now. Was not sure if you go to stardock about this.
Thanks Philly0381

You know you may be right about that, but atleast they could point you in the right direction.

Sad part about stardock support is that it takes a couple of days to get a response.

I just had netdev take a look at your account specifically.  We were unable to reproduce the problem when logging in under your account.

How are you trying to rate the skin?  Via a web browser, stardock central or the WC skins browser?

Try clearing your cookies and cache, login again and try rating again to see if the problem persists.

I helped him on IRC, It worked for me in FF, but not for him. He tried in IE and it worked, then had him retry FF and it finally worked there as well.

Most likely a cache thing.
