WindowBlinds not skinning on Windows start up

I have had WindowBlinds for a couple months now and it was working fine but a couple weeks ago, it stopped showing the skin whenever I turn on the computer, it just looks like windows classic!

If I open WindowBlinds it says the skins are already applied.

If I apply another skin, it goes blurry, comes up with the 'please wait' message.......then nothing happens.

Yet if I apply Windows Classic skin (to unload WindowBlinds), then open WindowBlinds again, and apply a skin after that....... it works fine!

.......at least until I restart my system, in which case I have to do it all over again.

Also, the icon doesn't show in the system tray until I've followed the steps above.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and updating my graphics driver.

I updated to WindowBlinds 6 and the problem is still there.

What is stoppng WindowBlinds from running on start up?

This is the information that windowblinds gives me even though, right now, my windows and start bar look like Windows classic.

Please help if you have a suggestion.

I paid for this software and it's getting frustrating having to manually apply the skins every day.

Thanks!

any other skin application program installed?
what antivirus?
any run at start managers or programs that do some run at start managing that may be stopping it?

I have Object Dock installed.
I have Panda Antivirus installed.

Nothing else seems suspicious.

some of the dates and/or times don't match those I show from my build 32

possibly remnants were left over from earlier install.

was this a standalone version or installed via the Stardock Central Browser?

Does Panda block stuff from running at start?

I don't think Panda stops things at start, because it was working when I first got it.

And it was from a stand alone installer.

maybe..

try:

uninstall, reboot

get Stardock Central, use your purchase email and regular password to register your serial(s) then use SDC to download and install, reboot
