desktopX theme help

hi, i just purchased this new desktopX theme for my windows vista but i cant seem to open it.. i dont know which program to use to be able to open the downloaded file.. need help pls.. its a .WBA file.. thanks

.wba files need WindowsBlinds not DesktopX.
