WindowsBlinds ISn't applying my transperency settings after shuttin down.

I installed the Reflex skin on windowsblinds 6 and it was working flawlessly, then I shut my computer down came back the next day and my transperency settings were not applied. I changed the theme and then replied Reflex to no avail. What do I do?
