How to have text-only icons in ObjectDock?

In ObjectDock, how can you remove all the icons to have text-only links, like the picture below? Do you need a certain skin, or ObjectDock Plus?

Those are tabs for a tabbed dock, not shortcuts

Alternatively, you could use text icons such as the Reflections sets (check Aqua-Soft.org and deviantart).
