How can I make a wallpaper?

Can any one help me i don't know how to make a wall parer and i was wondering if any one could give me a link to a program. or tell me how thanks

click: start > programs > accessories > paint

when done creating click: file > save as

First you have to chop down some trees and send them to a paper processing plant.
From there you have to draw some kind of

symmetrical design on to the paper. Apply a generous amount of adhesive and attach to your wall. Smooth it out with a flat edge after that!!

Photoshop is my preferred application and there is a wealth of tutorials online on how to use it to create anything you like but there are many of free alternatives also.
