Error when applying?

I downloaded the World of Warcraft theme (from Blizzards website) created by Stardock. But when I try to apply the theme, the program for applying never finishes. The first two steps are quickly done; 'Download required skin files' and 'Extract Suite files', but when the last task is preformed it continues for ever to 'Apply skins and themes'. During the first few seconds, the layout of the start menu and the frames changes, but after that nothing happens.

And when I stop the program from the task manager, run it again and tries to switch back to classic Windows theme, the program doesn't respond.

Any clues about what happens?
