It's strange...
the sun rose today.
The birds even sang
but the cards never played
like they did that day.
It's strange...
that today you walked by
no tear in your eye
for the days that I lied
to your face.
It's strange
that I know where I'm going
without even caring
not hoping, despairing
or even sharing.
It's life
that can draw out your sword
with the suicide King
still attached at the seams
and life kills Him once more.
Yes, it's life
without it and in it
I know I have spent it all wrong
and it's gone
but that's life.

You want an interpretation? From me? If it's a challenge then I accept.

Melancholy, abandonment, regret...am I close? When you make mistakes and life goes on...you want to go back, to relive it differently. However, you can't and the regret remains until you make peace with it. C'est la vie as you said...that's life.

I absolutely HATE that it was that easy for you to interpret. However, there are still lots of little peices of me all scattered throughout that no one can really know what they mean...so I forgive you. Thank you for always reading my peoms....it makes me feel like the inside of an "O"

Favorites?...You mean that little red side bar?  Just go to "My account" in yonder grey box up there, and where it says "my site" just click the "Manage custom links" option and then edit.  Sometimes that particular option doesn't show up...at which point you'll have to get lucky at some point.
