Opera in skinning?

Hi guys, I use Opera browser for internet navigation and i question:

Why anyone not create skins for this wonderfull program? Why the hell not?

Ok, i refer to the internal skin, i use now "the blue button". Why don't make this type of skins?

Woooooooooooow, very usefull webs, in special the second. In the Opera Comunnity I downloaded my skin The blue button. My question was for the stardock Wincustomize community;)

Not many peopel use Opera so not many people skin it, so Wincustomize doesn't offer it.
