Conflict with MSHTA.EXE?

I have been using Stardock and WindowBlinds for quite a while. Recently, I was sent a .HTA file. When I attempted to run this file, I would get an error message that indicated that there was a problem with the MSHTA.EXE file. Our corporate tech support told me to uninstall StarDock products. I did then and the file then ran. I reinstalled the StarDock desktop but not WindowBlinds and the file ran. When WindowBlinds is installed, the .HTA file doesn't run.
