None of my downloaded themes are transparent

Even the ones that are supposed to be.

I'm pretty sure it's because I'm using the outdated WindowBlinds 4, but I just can't get any transparent windows on my borders. Like in this theme:

9_3 Aero wb

The borders are just black and solid; I can never see through the edges of my windows like in the screenshots they provide. So it is because of my old version or is WB4 supposed to support transparent window borders?

I believe 5 was the start of per pixel frames.. I'd update.

YEP!

RockyRan you'll have to upgrade to at least version 5.0 to see transparencies and alpha blendings.

Also it has to be a paid registered copy and not the public "Freeware."
