Rainlendar version 1 skinning is not complicated. You simply edit the .ini file manually using Notepad (or any other text editior) and put your images in the file.

The images are made using a graphic editor. MSpaint, Photoshop, Corel, PSP,..etc

Paint and notepad are already on you system but Paint is not a good program but it will get you started.

Look in the help section of Rainlendar for a skinning guide.

No, it is simple text editing like you were correcting a mistake when typing a letter. Look at the skinning guide and do some experimenting. Rainlendar is an excellent skin to start with. You will learn alot about skinning in a short time and then other skins for other software will be easier to understand.

Rainlendar 2 is very different.
